Winiox reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

• Be responsible for any activity under your account

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

3. Payments and Billing

• All services must be paid in advance on a monthly or annual basis

• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel services at any time via your client dashboard

• Refunds are only provided if applicable under our Refund Policy

• Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to:

• Scheduled maintenance

• System upgrades

• Unexpected technical issues or third-party failures

Winiox is not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

6. Backups and Data

While we offer routine backups, customers are responsible for their own data security. We recommend:

• Regular local backups

• Avoiding reliance on a single backup source

Winiox is not liable for lost or corrupted data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and designs provided by Winiox are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our materials

• Use our branding without permission

Your own website content remains your property.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

• Violations of these terms

• Abuse, fraud, or illegal activity

• Non-payment or chargebacks

Upon termination, your data may be deleted immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Winiox shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or security breaches beyond our control

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
